Do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of 6.99 and any orders over $75 qualify for FREE shipping!

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Any orders placed before 8 a.m. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped that day. We ship via USPS and orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays. We do offer overnight shipping for orders place before 8 am pacific standard time and extra shipping charges will apply. 

Can you ship to my destination?

Yes! We can ship to any destination in the US, just make sure to notate in the comments when you make your order that the shipping destination is a hotel and notate C/O and your name. 

Is everything on your site T.S.A approved?

Everything but the products located in the military section! These items that we provide to our military members serving overseas come in larger sizes. These specific items are not T.S.A approved. T.S.A rules and regulations can change at any time and we will do our best to keep up with them. 

I made my order and forgot something! Can I make a change once I submit my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped we can do our best to try and make any changes. Submit a request on our contact page and we will do our best to accommodate your changes.

I received my order and something is missing or incorrect, what do I do?

Use our contact form and let us know what is missing or incorrect and we will respond as quickly as we can to get things corrected! We will send out a replacement right to you!  

Do you accept large corporate orders?

Absolutely! E-mail us directly at customerservice@travelbadger.com and we can work one on one with you to meet your needs. 

The zipper broke on my Travelbadger bag! What do I do??

Zipper's break and we totally understand! Please send us an email at customerservice@travelbadger.com and we will send you a new one free of charge!
